🎯 What You’ll Learn

  • What keyframes are
  • How to animate objects
  • Control animation speed
  • Use easing (smooth motion)

1. Import Object / Video

  • Tap the ➕ (Plus icon)
  • Go to Gallery
  • Import your object/video (example: football)

2. Understand Animation Planning

Before animating, decide:

  • Start position (where the object begins)
  • End position (where the object finishes)

📌 Example:

  • Football starts from the top
  • Moves downwards

3. Add Keyframes

  • Tap on the object/layer
  • Tap Keyframe icon (left side)

🎯 Steps:

  1. Go to starting position → Tap Keyframe
  2. Move forward on the timeline
  3. Change object position (e.g., move the football down)

✅ Second keyframe is created automatically

4. Preview Animation

  • Tap Play
  • The object will move between keyframes

5. Control Animation Speed

🔍 Zoom Timeline:

  • Use two fingers (pinch out) to zoom in

⚡ Speed Rule:

  • Close keyframes → Fast movement
  • Far keyframes → Slow movement

➡️ Move keyframes farther apart to slow animation

6. Remove Keyframes

  • Double-tap on any keyframe

✅ Keyframe will be deleted

7. Add More Movement

  • Move forward on the timeline
  • Change position again (e.g., move right)

✅ New keyframe is added automatically

8. Graph & Easing (Smooth Motion)

  • Tap Graph option

🎛 Easing Types:

  • Ease In → Starts slow, then speeds up
  • Ease Out → Starts fast, then slows down
  • Bounce → Adds bounce effect

📌 Example:

  • Use Ease In → Smooth falling motion
  • Use Ease Out → Fast start, soft landing
  • Use Bounce → Realistic impact effect

🎯 Summary

In this class, you learned:

  • How to use keyframes for animation
  • How to control speed using timeline spacing
  • How to add multiple movements
  • How to use easing for smooth animations
